Every week, Southside Swap will have a selection of drops curated by one of our trusted vendors. Mystery boxes should be purchased in advance and are released at a specified date and time. Box drops are themed to each vendor's unique taste and style with sizing & potential articles specified at the time of purchase.

Participants who purchased a box will be able to unbox & view their mystery items online at the given time. Each mystery box has a total value greater than the purchase price & consists of items hand-selected by our vendors. The number of items received depends on the exclusivity of each.

Once unboxed, buyers have the opportunity to interact with our site in a variety of ways to perfect their mystery ensemble. Don’t like an item or want to explore options? Our gamified shopping experience gives shoppers a chance to trade items amongst the community of drop participants & swap or add unclaimed items to a box.

Drop boxes & features are only available for a set period of time. Typically, each purchase is given a week to finalize its items. Likewise, each trade request must be responded to within 24 hours. Our platform's time constraints aim to help encourage interactivity and enjoyment.

Take chances & build your perfect box. Our happiness guarantee policy means you may forfeit your box at any point before the drop ends to receive a box credit for a future drop to try your luck again!

Once selections are perfected, ship with the click of a button! Run out of time or forget to ship? No problem! By default, our team will automatically ship boxes once time runs out.
